Head of Capital

The role of the Head of Capital is to raise the capital requirements of the business. Working with the existing shareholders he/she will develop and grow the network of introducers and high net worth investors to deliver $10 -$20m fresh capital year on year.

A successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in raising large amounts of capital for VC and/or PE companies from a combination of UHNWs, Family Offices and institutions. The Candidate will be comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment with a flexible schedule and office space.

The role will involve extensive international travel, developing business wherever our target investors live.

There are two main sources of capital:

  1. Direct Client Investing. The Candidate will have an extensive network of UHNW and Family Office investors that he/she can introduce to directly co-invest alongside the founders and other investors.
  2. Introducer Network. The Candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a network of Introducer Groups. These Introducer Groups are remunerated by CIP.

Compensation

This London based position will have two tiers of compensation:

  1. Competitive Annual Remuneration.
  2. Participation in the carry in all transactions. Achieving target will offer the opportunity for substantial returns.

In addition there will be opportunities to invest directly in the high growth deals that are a feature of the Conviction proposition.

The Head of Capital will manage their own time and will be judged by results. However the position comes with 6 weeks annual leave.
